In the first 90 minutes alone, we’ll introduce you to the Natural Step decision-making framework, explore a variety of sustainable practices in buildings, transportation, manufacturing, services, energy, and agriculture and how they are linked.

Once you’ve enriched your big picture understanding, we’ll make it “real” and do-able by giving you practice in techniques that will make you more effective by learning how to:

• Do more with less, build buy-in, and collaborate across departments
• Focus your efforts for maximum impact
• Uncover your own and others’ key assumptions and issues
• Stimulate creative responses to intractable and emerging challenges using the art of Strategic Questioning
